  • Do you sell your products wholesale?
    Yes, please submit an application form which can be located on our website.
  • If I select local express courier delivery when can I expect my order?
    Orders will be delivered on Wednesdays. An email notification will be sent out the night prior advising of your delivery however no times will be given as we cannot predict traffic etc. All orders are made fresh to order and will be picked up by the Courier the morning of delivery. If the weather is warm please leave a cooler bag/esky for your order which the delivery driver can place your goodies in. If you select this option, be mindful of the Australian climate as we take no responsibility for your order altering in the Australian climate. If your order is delivered unattended, we take no responsibility for any damage that may occur due to environmental factors. .

    We offer pick up from Sellick's Beach or Seaford
  • Are you ABN registered?
    Yes we are. Our ABN number is 17747385465.
  • When can I expect to receive my order?
    Orders will be baked and prepared every Monday and Tuesdays. They will be shipped or delivered Tuesday-Friday. ​ As this business involves preproduction we are unable to advise of specific dates in advanced.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We offer Australia wide shipping so no one has to miss out!
  • Is there a minimum order to qualify for delivery?
    There is no minimum order amount.
  • What happens if my cookies are damaged during delivery?
    We do our best to ensure your order arrives to you in the same condition it left our kitchen. We add packaging filler to your mailer box to provide extra protection. If there are issues with your order on delivery please send us an email. ​ We recommend being available to directly receive your order as we cannot be responsible for products being left outside in the Australian climate. If you choose standard delivery please be aware that your box may be exposed to the Australian climate for a longer period of time so choose this option at your own discretion. If your item is delivered unattended or to a PO box we cannot be held responsible for any outside factors affecting the quality of your order.
  • How long can I store my cookies for?
    Our OG cookie range, cookie pie slices and slices can be stored in an airtight container for up to 14 days or frozen for up to 3 months. We seal all cookies in every order to maintain ultimate freshness. However cookies with a cream cheese center can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Your lactation cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 7 days and frozen for up to 3 months.
  • Shipping times
    We ship with Australia Post, their advised times are as below: Express shipping: 1-2 business days Standard shipping: 2-6 business days (NT up to 10 business days) Head to: to find out more We post out orders Monday-Wednesday. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is posted, please check your spam folder regularly.
  • From ordering when will I receive my order?
    As we bake to order we have a weekly order cut off of 12 pm Sundays. If you order before our cut off, you will receive your order Tuesday - Thursday. If you order AFTER this cut off your order will not be made and delivered until the following week (a week later). Australia Post orders are shipped Tuesday's and Wednesday. Local express courier delivers to metro areas on Wednesday's and Northern on Thursdays. Pick-ups will be ready from Tuesday onwards at your convenience. If you require an order for a specific date please email us to organise.
  • Online returns
    Due to the nature of our products, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on any food products. If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address, then we do not offer a refund or replacement as we take no responsibility for incorrect details being provided. However we can amend shipping addresses prior to Postals being processed so please contact us as soon as possible for any changes. If your item is a food product and has had multiple attempted deliveries from Australia Post or our courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we do not offer a refund or replacement. We take no responsibility for any items being delivered unattended and if damages occurr we cannot offer a refund or replacement. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. We cannot accept any returns or refunds for change of mind.
  • Cancellation of Orders
    We understand things change, if you wish to cancel your order this must be done by Friday each week as we require time to order stock, prepare and bake your order.
